Excellent suggestions.

Eggs do not belong in a burger patty, they should be all beef with a little seasoning. Salt and pepper is really all you need but some pressed garlic, sage, and powdered star anise are great additions.

>>13010157
Could work if you beat the eggs, seasoned them, mixed in grated cheese, and stirred the hot beef and some hot noodles into it like a carbonara.

Shape the ground beef into donut-shaped patties and fry them as usual.
Add an egg to the middle of each donut patty and cook until firm.
If you don't have good non-stick cookware, instead use a soda can or glass to mold a "bowl" out of your ground beef to put the eggs into instead.
Both of these cooking methods were taken from the BBQ Pit Boys channel and have become some of my favorites, as someone who lives primarily off of ground beef, pork, and eggs.

He only had beef and eggs. he didn't have noodles. Me suggesting cheese/salt/pepper was already taking a liberty.

Does chorizo have eggs and cheese in it usually? I've bought the tubes of mush chorizo and regular ground pork consistency chorizo and it didn't seem like they had either of those in it. Also chorizo is spicy from ground chilis.

As a 30 year old 90's boomer,

Why in the fuck was meatloaf so demonized in kids shows when I was a child? Every cartoon had a kid going "Meatloaf?! EWW"

But it's fucking yummy as fuck, especially with mashed potatoes. Was some Viacom CEO sodomized by a meatloaf when he was a kid? Why the fucking vendetta against a great dish?

A bad meatloaf doesn't just taste bad, it is a chore to eat, because, most of the time, a meatloaf is bad because it is dry.
