Tried it once and the texture was so off putting, it was disgustingly obvious you were biting into a jumbled mess of shit, like parts of it felt harder than others. Tried it a second time to see if the first mold I had just happened to have an extra portion of cartilage paste added or something but it was just as bad.

I kinda like that processed missmash of animal parts molded into a patty. I am also okay with eating many parts of animals I hunt, including the offal, so maybe that is why I am okay with it. Not wasting animal parts is a good thing.
