So I wanted to make my own Ethiopian food at home but don't know how to make injera. Can I just substitute with American style pancakes? And then open a can of beans and dump it on top also a can of corn and dump it on top and a can of chili and dump it on top and then rip apart the pancakes and wrap and eat? yeah I know sort of Americanized version but you think it will work?
