Probably not since the rice cookers function is to steam the moisture inside until it's evaporated out. They do make really good eggs tho. I make little aluminum cups if I can't find souffle cups and have basket attachment to put it in with. Your rice will stink a little tho.

Im not sure. It has a spring and a temperatur sensor under the pot, the boiling water keeps the temperature at boiling point and when the rice is finsihed (the water is soaked up and the bottom is dry) no water exist to keep the temperature from rising over the 100°C, it getting marginal hotter than that and the cooked turns off. Im not sure about so its just assumption

most modern rice cookers have a "congee"(porridge) or "soup" function. If not I think you can even use the keep warm function after making it boil with the cook function. Just experiment
