Have some fun with Arizona, it's not ABC because there are places right near each other but some places will make you take anything out of a brown paper bag. Who am I to say that it's wrong or right, it's just different from what I'm used to.
It's really kind of interesting, when I was in Phoenix I wanted to get a bottle to asked the folk at a hotel I was at and they told me about a place that was a couple blocks away which also served really good food and that I'd been too a day before. You just have to ask, be polite and they'll open it all up, the thing is you have to carry it out in a brown paper bag.

There's some law about that.

There's also regular stores as well, Arizona is an interesting state.

In Florida, it's illegal to buy liquor in stores that sell food (groceries). It's the dumbest law, because grocery stores just rent the nearest store front in the same shopping center and make it a Publix Liquor or Winn-Dixie Liquor.
