im telling ya: balsamic vinegar, it takes some of the fishyness away and adds a new sharp element that compliments it, some prefer deenz in oil or tomato sauce but I prefer springwater as it doesnt feel too "oily". So if you do start walking the path of the deenz, Id reccomend starting by adding something to help mask it if its too strong for you; so something salty or sour. But if the fishyness is ok for you, then maybe a few drops of a flavoursome hotsauce, either way deenz are a very good food to include in your diet. Low on the food chain so you dont have to worry about the whole mercury crap. Very healthy. Oh and if you eat them outside like I do (otherwise housemates complain about smell) then you can make a few bird friends who REALLY likes fish. I got a raven bro who comes to the table and just waits until i share a deen with him (or her, not sure). birds love deenz and you should too!
