I have half a can of this stuff in my fridge. What to do with it? Please give me some suggestions.

Put some oil in a pan. Chop up a bunch of chicken. Cook chicken until it's pretty much done. Pour contents of that can into the pan. Add additional cayenne pepper, ground red pepper, chili powder and small amount of cumin. Throw in chopped onions. Let chicken simmer in sauce for a while. Add a little bit of flower to thicken. I call it Chicken From Hell. You can eat as is, with tortillas (and any fixins you want) in hamburger bun etc. I just eat as is usually with added chopped peppers because I'm a real man.

I bought the same thing on a whim. I love them so much, they've become a staple condiment in my house. One simple thing I like to do:
>1 plate of tortilla chips
>Monterrey Jack cheese
>microwave for 1 min
Spoon out chipotle onto the chips
The coolness of the chipotle and the warmth of the nachos, combined with the spiciness of the chipotles is all really nice. Its probably my favorite snack. I know its not fancy, but dang its good

Ok, I mean I’m sure that might just be regional for you, though. Pretty sure I’ve heard this pronounced with an inflection on the ‘e’. The way you’ve outlined it would be ‘cheypuddle’ which, honestly, just doesn’t sound right at all.

No offence to you, but can someone else try, please.

So then why have I heard it pronounced like.. chip-pothole-LAY’? Does it change by region? Are you American?
