Defrosting a pound of this for dinner. What is something "different" I can do with it? I was gonna do rice and veggies or put it in pasta sauce.

Patties (or meatballs) in mushroom gravy w/ mashed potatoes
Ground beef enchiladas
Loco Moco
Hash or goulash, just change the starch
