Es erfüllt mehrere Ansprüche, die ich an mein Essen stelle, während es sehr leicht zuzubereiten ist und sehr gut schmeckt.
Ansprüche die da wären:
- Es macht satt;
- es besteht aus mehr als zwei (Haupt)zutaten;
- verschiedene Konsistenzen.
Es ist so simpel und doch wie genau aufeinander abgestimmt. Und so ganz nebenbei kostet es auch noch kaum was. Ich könnte auch jeden Tag ins Restaurant gehen, am Geld haperts nicht, aber Spinat/Ei/Kartoffel ist halt doch am besten.
