Hi OP. I’ve been making these lately since it’s peach and apple season. I suggest you do a bit of research and decide whether you want oats or no oats. But basically the crumble on top is flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter. You have to squish the butter in with the rest to make the crumble but not so much as to melt all of the butter. You should definitely end up with a crumble and not powder. The crumbles will be about bluberry sizes or slightly smaller. The filling is simple but don’t use too much flour. Good luck.
