Serious reply:
-Fruit, all kinds, but remember to brush teeth to wash off the sugars and avoid bad breath.
-Teas, especially Flower Teas like Yamsine.
-Foods that are easy to digest, since they dont stress the stomach as much and reduce the buildup of sweat like hot peppers would, for example.

Avoid foods like onions, garlic, peppers, fish.
Start a hygiene routine with unperfumed soaps as not to cover up other smells and create a unpleasent mix of smells.
