Went there and the food was the worst of any country I've been to. Just endless, dull flavoured greasy stews, or bizarre and awful takes on western food. Seemed especially bad because I stopped in Hong Kong on the way over.

It's actually pretty good, anon. Satisfyingly crispy. And unlike other chicken joints with heavily breaded and greasy chicken, it's light in comparison. The dark meats are especially juicy as well.

My wife made sisig last weekend: Fresh ears and snout from the butcher, boiled tender with lemon grass, salt, and garlic, then charcoal grilled crispy, then diced and sauteed with tons of onion, garlic, and serranos from our garden, served sizzling in cast iron with a couple eggs over easy on top.
