McDonald's is such utter shit now. I know a lady who is old af now but was an OG manager at a few original McDonald's locations from the beginning up til like the early 2000s. She says that if she wants to eat a real hamburger from fast food she just eats in n out because that's what McDonald's used to be like but now everything is frozen and shitty and she says all the employees are trash and McDonald's stopped caring about customer service. Part of the reason why she retired when she did is because corporate got mad at her for reprimanding her trainees and underlings for being shit. She's a based lady.
