That being said, your doctor is a fucking doctor, they're substantially more knowledgeable about pregnancy than you, from what you've shown.

Just avoid fish. Mercury ingestion and parasites aren't worth it. Ive gone my entire pregnancy eating only red meats and ceasar salads. I literally throw everything else up.

I won't go into detail about how bad red meat is, but you are aware that ceasar salad dressing is traditionally made with anchovies, right? Maybe you wanna start reading the label (unless you already do and just didn't say that you avoid the kind with anchovies in it) or re-evaluate your stance on fish.

You need to avoid tuna, King mackerel and other fish High in Mercury. The fish also has to be cooked. So any other fish like salmon is fine.
