I don't know about matching with milk... but

A white russian (as blown out of proportion already) is roughly a shot of coffee liqueur, 1-1.5 shots vodka, and cream. Milk can be substituted, but you'll want to do more like a 1.5 kahlua, 1 vodka, 2-3 milk ratio to avoid curdling. Alternately you could sub in some baileys/cream liqueur for some of the milk. Alcoholic coffees are quite nice - coffee as you normally enjoy it, with a shot of cointreau/triple sec, kahlua, baileys, bourbon, etc.

My go to has always been vodka and ice water, but vodka chased with whole milk is really not that bad if you can "mind over matter" the whole situation.
As long as you don't throw up, it isn't a bad breakfast. And the overall creaminess of the whole malk really negates any bitter aspect of the vodka.
Although, if you do- you throw up cottage cheese.
If you're seeking to mix with anything, I would definitely recommend heavy cream instead.
White Russians are pretty good if you don't mind shelling out for Kahlua.
