Chili cheese fries are one of my favorites, so I can imagine I'd like that slop as well. Poutine as well.

Smothered fries are like better nachos, cause potatoes > corn

Some retards in california got high and decided to ruin innnocent mexican foods by shoving potatoes in them, great. It's just like the california burrito, which is terrible too.

Although I guess both dishes kinda work because the only people who eat them are also high.

See a psychiatrist. There's a deeper seeded problem here.

So it's not that the burrito is terrible, it's that you're such a fat fuck and have eaten too many of them that they've lost their luster.

Thanks for clarifying. Stop calling good food terrible.

real mexican food is shit, they never give you enough food because mexico is poor so they throw a bit of chopped onions and cilantro on some rat meat and put it in a taco. at least american/mexican food will fill you up.

I find this hard to believe. Certain fruits and vegetables yeah i can see that, different climates and such, but most? US has plenty of agriculture, I really have my doubts. Can you source your claim?

Most of California grows/supplies it's own vegetables, that's why avocados are so cheap compared to the mid-west. Lots of stuff is expensive but certain fruits/vegetables are cheap in CA.

Go to any US grocery in the off season and the produce will be from Mexico. Most international and asian markets source their beef from Mexico.

The absolute best asada fries come from a little joint in Lemoore California called tacos Los juanes. They use steak fries, fried to order, coated with melted nacho cheese, not shredded like in every other place, an amazing asada made from beef sliced thin on a deli slicer, not cut into chunks, seasoned with a secret blend (not even the owners sons know the recipe) grilled over fire. All that is coated with a simple mix of chopped cabbage, onion, and cilantro, then criss crossed with a smooth sour cream sauce, finally topped off with your choice of red or green salsa.

The only downside is that you have to go to Lemoore California, which is in the central valley, aka Mordor. Where the very air you breath is a poison.
