Yes, the reddit cat blog is killing OC and /ck/ board culture. Pro-tip: rotate your fucking images before posting. The cat fucker is basically a youtuber trying to appeal to zoomers and is actively trying to kill actual cooking threads by incessantly telling newfags that the only OC and cooking on /ck/ happens in the cat blog, which is fucking retarded and backwards and he's actively making an effort to turn OC into a fucking containment thread.
>people actually cooking
>a containment general kept alive by being bumped with off topic pictures of a fucking cat
>the food and cooking board
No. If people want this board to be about food and cooking people need to make threads about food and cooking like they used to and not just post in the circlejerk. Some anon said in the last thread that the cat blog IS /ck/. Yeah, where the fuck was he during the last 3 challenges?

You would benefit from stir frying your vegetables first. Considering you used broccoli and string beans, they only really need to stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes, but add a few drops of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and some sesame seeds. I can't tell 100% if you didn't do this, but you should also sweat your onions and bell peppers so that the juices seep into the liquid you have at the bottom by heating them in a bit of oil, adding salt, waiting for the onions to become translucent, and then add the liquid, which looks like beef stock? For that dish, the broccoli and string beans really shouldn't be soaked in the stock during the cooking process.
