that is medium, guaranteed. the photo even looks a bit washed-out due to the shitty photo
decent bark. i would like a darker and thicker bark with a bit less cook time
but overall that looks like a good job and a good steak. detracting points for a terrible photo, but adding points to offset the beating you're getting, then detracting for zero intel on how it is seasoned or any input from you
