I prefer flats because of the increased skin surface means they can get nicely crispy. I also find them easier to get all the meat from, where there's always a big chunk of connective tissue on the drums. I do, however, try not to order all flats unless it's not that busy. I understand what a pain in the ass it is.

If I'm having hot wings, I'd rather have blue cheese dressing. But usually, I get wings that don't need any kind of dipping.
