Ok hear me out.
Zest and juice a good size lemon
Equal parts greek yogurt and mayo maybe 1/3cup total
Rice wine vinegar and white balsamic and olive oil. Normally equal parts but fuck with it till youre happy.
A shitload of pepper. Im talking fresh cracked none of that stale powder in a shaker.
Sometimes i add fresh minced basil too.
Its pretty good.

Get your head out of the gutter anon. I'm sure there are young ladies who would pay top dollar for a maid themed restaurant where they get to be the maid, and have the sauces and dressings squirted on them by men not of the choosing from the restaurant. That's clearly a vinaigrette, probably thickened with arrowroot rather than cornstarch for a more neutral taste and better clarity. If they wanted more milky whiteness they'd mix in more cornstarch.
