I like El Yucateco's chipotle sauce, it's not very hot but the taste is awesome. There is no mass produced chipotle sauce better than this one, it contains no vinegar and it tastes pretty much like liquefied chipotle peppers, the taste is intense, smoky, it is not watered down. If you can find it give it a try.

A friend of mine cooks his own hot sauces and the one I like the best is made of apricots and habaneros I think. It's pretty much a hot apricot jam. So delicious.

I like the yellow kind of mustard (French's in particular). It's spicy enough without being over the top like the "spicy brown" version of mustard.
