Yeah, you're right, you can't cook for shit. Read a recipe book instead of fishing for positive reinforcement you fucking pathetic loser. Does look tasty though.

I don't see anything wrong with it.
There's a lot you can do right and wrong with eggs. One thing is burning an egg, something to do with the sulfur content in the protein that means browning eggs is a big no-no. So, classically speaking, any color on those eggs is going to make chefs growl in disapproval. Eggs are coddled and babied to gently come to a nice finish instead. Only true food service people with skill will ramp up high heat for cooking an egg and even then it's wrong. Julia Child made an episode where she did individual omelets for a full dinner party, basically cooking them very fast. You shouldn't copy that. Gordon Ramsay, idiot that he is, adds cream, and stirs eggs in a small pot to death, and tons of people copy it because he used the word "best" or "ultimate" or some crap of authority like that. It isn't.

Cook in the way that you like, of course. This looks like a nicely evenly browned piece of bread, but I can't tell by looking at it, if it isn't eggy or custardy french toast with a scrambled egg or if buttery crispy. I also can't tell if it's too oily. You can tell, though, since you're the one tasting it :P

Needs cheese, prolly some kind of spread. I’d still eat it. Simple. Rustic. Finally, some good fucking food.

I'll probably add cheese next time i make it. It was good as is, but it will probably be better with some sharp kind of cheese.

Looks fine.
cook the eggs a little less, maybe.
Depends on if you like a little sulfur in your egg, and/or are willing to take it for some crispy edges. Some people do. If you enjoyed it, and it doesn't make you sick or kill you, that's all that matters.

BS, Pepin brown his country style omelette in his youtube video.

It's literally impossible to fuck up an egg sandwich. You literally just have to whisk some eggs, cook them, then put it on buttered bread. Salt (and pepper) to taste.

Fuckin' Christ, this board.

Eggs naturally have a tinge of sulfurousness to them, but it comes to the fore when they're overcooked, such as hard boiled eggs that go for too long.
