No. That breaks the law. Just have a drink before going out if you're literally that cheap. Meet at the bar, and then sit down. Uber there. Order delivery and stay at home and drink, or cook your own delicious food. Whatever you need to do that isn't stupid.

Pre-drinking is fine. So is using a disposable flask to add to a slurpee or coke while you wait to get in, or if you're going to a long concert or game in a bad venue with stupid long lines for refills so you'd miss the show or be annoyed, damn the costs, then, yes, load up before going in on that long long walk from the parking lot to the actual screening and entrance.

Putting 2-3 single serve bottles of some rare alcohol in a 3-1-1 ziploc so there's something to enjoy in your hotel room upon landing, before you can go shopping, possibly, but I wouldn't drink them on a plane and break any airline regulations.

Having a couple shots in port at the tail end of your day in port before getting back onto that $15/drink cruise, well, sure! That's okay.

Sneaking in booze that involves you breaking the law(s), absolutely don't play with my life and career, or my driver's license privilege and insurance rates, or anything else stupidly risky and life changing. If you're going to be cheap, think about why booze is more important to you than a clean record.
