is there any food you guys make with little to no seasonings? i have to start following low fodmap and no dairy diet because im brapping too much. its seriously getting obnoxious. what sucks the most is even things allegedly easy on the gut contain onions and garlic like soups. without them the soup is just meat water and tastes gross. the only thing i can think of is fish such as salmon and trout since i can have them with salt and pepper and still enjoy.

Just eat cheese plain. It requires no seasoning

You can eat fish with rice, then. Pretty easy to digest and healthy for you.

I know the two big issues are the elimination of onions and garlic. This cuts out a lot of convenience foods, any deli meats, prepared salads, boxed mixes, it's all in there.

Buy a bag of limes, lemons, oranges, and a couple potted plants from like a Walmart or Home Depot. Get some basil, cilantro, rosemary, marjoram, chervil, dill...or some dry herbs. Snip a few at a time.
Buy some freaking delicious ripe tomatoes, like Campari, and mock up an onionless salsa to top your meats, bite by bite. Basil, balsamic and chopped tomatoes. Grate some orange peel, parsley, and spread over meat with a bit of olive oil. Lime, cilantro, tomato, even mango, nectarines and other fruit can change salsa flavors so you don't resent them constantly. Toast up nuts, enjoy on top of softer foods for texture, from oats to rice and meat.

For a little while, bake your pork chops bone-in or chicken on the bone with skin to keep it moist and full of the natural flavor of gelatin and flavor from the bones. Tuck some herbs or lemon under the skin. Salt is fine. Or smoked stuff. Dairy is rough, but I think you can go Lactaid milk after the elimination stuff ends.

yea lol, brapping is a you-problem, not a problem with the food. usually lifestyle or underlying heath issues are to blame

I used to have bad digestive issues.
Bananas are your friend. Really get to know your flora. Leafy greens can brush your insides well but if you don't have good locomotion on the poop train then you're gonna get gassy even with leafy greens. Kombucha and probiotics are important. I ate a lot of vinegary fermented foods when I was malfunctioning. It was a strategic sequence of bland fiber like flax and then fruit and then veg and then anything risky. FODMAPs are crazy complicated so you need to keep a journal to record trials and eliminate bad reactions and keep good. You have to have a good idea exactly why something upset your belly. Know thy stink. Tofu/soy is the most forgiving legume.

A friend of my has the same diet. He just doesnt eat some things. Just enjoy the things you can eat. Tomatoes are delicious so cook with them. Same with carrots.
