Nutrition-wise I think most people should agree that the notion of your "steak" (or other protein portion) being about the size of the palm of your hand is the perfect amount of meat.

If health isn't a concern then who cares just eat as much as you want.

depends on the woman, but probably about 7" is too much

Everyone is different. Metabolism, level of activity, personal preferences (for vegans, smelling a grilling steak might be too much). You have to find what’s right for you. This is an easy way..,
1. Procure 3 - 8 oz. sirloin steaks, if they are cold, let them sit, covered, for 20 min or so.
2. Heat your cooking surface (pan, iron plate, grill, doesn’t matter to anyone but you). Season meat with a small amount of salt, maybe pepper, but not much else.
3. When your surface is good and hot place the steaks on the surface and allow them to sear. (Don’t poke, flip, try to scrape up.., just don’t)
4. When the meat releases from the surface, turn it over and cook for another 2-3 min.
5. Remove from heat and plate. (Allow meat to rest for 4-5 min).
6. Begin eating. Drink only water.
7. When you can’t eat anymore, weigh the remaining meat in ounces and subtract from 24. Now you know how much would be too much.
8. Done. There is no profit. Meat costs money. Don’t waste it.

ps. If you ate all 24 ounces of steak and you were still wanting more, you may have other issues that we may not be qualified to answer. Also, if you find yourself in discomfort later with meat sweats, you may have over indulged. Cut back a little next time.

Hope that helps...

Npw this is carnist brain damage, extraordinaire. Sorry you stayed brainwashed to where the oxygen supply was cut off from your brain due to arteriosclerosis and plaque cholesterol buildup, but Tyrone will be kind to you in your nursing home. Sad, many such cases that could have been prevented with a simple step to enlightenment.

Garbage mass market Walmart tier meat? Not that much, keep it just to muscle meat.

Local small farm grass fed legitimate meat? Eat as much as you want, organs and muscle meat.
