I mean, that probably tastes good, but anything breaded and fried does. Seems like a silly candidate for breading and frying.

Would be rather chewy I'd bet unless the meat was cooked and the connective tissue softened in advance.

I don't think you would, at a minimum, want to cook it *solely* in the fryer.

Honestly not a fan of fried beef. Except chicken fried steak, but other than that I much prefer my beef cooked otherwise.

I’ve found the fried beef ribs you find at fairs and carnivals too tough, for obvious reasons. Same goes for most Chinese-style fried ribs.
