Depends on where you are. I buy them at Ekoplaza in the Netherlands. So any organic produce/hippie supermarket probably? Seems like their United States product range is very poor compared to other countries and they don't sell this specific bar?
This white bar has 35% sugar in it, the perfect sweetness if you compare it to those sugarbars that normally go for white chocolate.

>caffeine
>healthy
Look, man, you have to take a dose of a drug every single day just to feel "normal." You're absolutely fucking seething at someone for just pointing this out. Let's take a look at some of the signs of addiction:

>An inability to stop using
>Mood swings
>Lack of motivation
>Irritability/Argumentativeness
>Defensiveness
>Inability to deal with stress
>Denial
>Rationalizing – Offering alibis, excuses, justifications, or other explanations for their using behavior
>Minimization – Admitting superficially to the problem but not admitting to the seriousness or full scope of the behavior or consequences
>Blaming – Placing the blame for the behavior on someone or something else
>Diversion – Changing the subject to avoid discussing the topic

I hope one day you can be honest with yourself and beat this vice. You'll find you have more energy after quitting caffeine than you do while on it.

Please explain to me how a physically and psychologically addictive stimulant drug is "not addictive." I'd really, really love to hear this reasoning. "It releases less dopamine than cocaine so therefore it can't be addictive" is the dumbest fucking thing I've ever read. It has side effects and withdrawal symptoms identical to those of cocaine, for one. People addicted to caffeine feel like they NEED to take a dose of a drug from the moment they wake up in order to enter an altered state and feel "normal" for a few hours, i.e. to curb withdrawal symptoms. If they don't get their fix, they start experiencing psychological and physical symptoms of withdrawal because their body has quite literally become dependent upon the presence of this drug in their system.

"I have literally none of those symptoms," he writes, while exhibiting denial, an inability to stop using, irritability, argumentativeness, defensiveness, rationalization, and minimization

I'm seriously pulling for you, bro. I quit caffeine over a year ago and the withdrawal was months of hell, but I'm better now without caffeine than I ever was with it. Better sleep, calmer, more confident, a consistently high energy level, better vision (seriously), and more. The first step to quitting is simply admitting you have a problem.

>> No.12606381

Caffeine isn't considered addictive as it lacks physical dependence and the withdrawal symptoms are mild to non- existant. The reward stimuli is also incredibly small and isn't enough to make anyone psychologically addicted to caffeine itself. The main reason it's seen as addictive is that it's so easily available that it becomes part of one's daily routine, thus creating an artificial dependence. But you can easily quit caffeine without really need to worry, the most you'll experience is some sluggishness and maybe a headache(I've never gotten a headache when cycling off caffeine and I usually do 3-500mg a day when I'm on it).

Look, friend, you can get psychologically addicted to anything. There is no "dopamine threshold" for addiction. Just because caffeine doesn't give "as much" of a high as coke doesn't make it not an addictive stimulant that causes physical dependency and withdrawal.

Coffee "junkies" are statistically likelier to live longer than you and at a lower risk for Alzheimer's or at a lower risk for type 2 diabetes among several other benefits. And since you mention depression, coffee has been linked to the opposite, you retard.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6163886/
>In conclusion, higher coffee consumption was inversely associated with the incidence of depression in a Mediterranean cohort, although the linear dose–response association was not significant. Future studies with longitudinal design and intervention studies would be needed to investigate potential health benefits of coffee consumption.

Not our fault your delicate constitution gets cucked by a cup of coffe, don't project your symptoms onto the rest of us.
