You'd be surprised. I worked at a sandwich / soup shop during college.

Some lady argued with about four of us that the cup of soup we gave her wasn't 8 ozs. we literally showed her an 8 oz ladle and scooped out a full amount into a cup infront of her, plus a little more, and he still denied we were wrong. Manager just gave her money back and told her to fuck off. We were busy enough her stupid yelp or google review would disappear into the internet over night.
