I buy a box of cake mix once a month and eat mug cakes every couple of days as dessert. I eyeball about how much melted butter and water to mix in a mug, skipping the vegetable oil and the eggs. Tastes way better than making a microwave brownie from scratch using any recipe I've tried and super easy- usually takes less than 5 minutes to make.
