3 tbsp low fat mayo
1/2 tsp of dill relish
1 tsp white vinegar or mustard juice

Makes enough for 4 quarter pound burgers (2 if you like extra spread).

sounds like its time for you to move on to making your own condiments. making ketchup is easy, just slow cook blended tomatoes, onion, vinegar and salt on high overnight then strain it, you can add you own herbs and spices to taste obviously. then when its done you can add the appropriate amount of mayonaisse (would recommend making that yourself too)
