It is a genuinely bad burger coming from a pro. If it was from Joe Redneck I would say he tried too many things at once but good effort. What I didn't like:
>Clearly burnt the giant shrooms
>Eggs underdone
>Way too much seasoning
>Way too much oil used, made worse by that fact that it was olive oil
>Memeracha (tbf I guess sauce is personal preference)
>Arugula is shit on a burger and only works here because he forced so much fat into the burger in the first place
>Patties seem too big
>Too little cheese
>Burger became a giant monstrosity in the end

I honestly hate these shitty gourmet burgers with their tomatoes, shiny buns and stacked height. You take a bite and you might as well be eating a salad.
