What does this stuff even taste like? I want to try it and Vegemite but I have no intention of ever going to the UK or Australia for the time being. I will eat basically anything so I'm sure that I would like it, I've just never seen someone actually attempt to describe its flavor as anything other than "salty" or "gross".

Best description I can give you is it tastes very strong and pungent, in the similar fermented fashion like Kim Chi but very salty and robust. it's really is hard to describe honestly.

To me it tastes like slightly fermented salty pork fat. Kinda like if you take all the juices of a roast, put them in a jar and let it age a bit.
