You can make that meal cheaper when you use 50-60% potatoes since they taste kind of better than meat. Im mostly making it with 1lbs potates and water to cover it

i recommend hot thai kitchens green curry recipe it is excellent. mark wiens also has a good recipe that is slightly different in that he boils his chicken/curry paste in water and reduces it before adding coconut milk rather than pais more common method used modernly for speed purposes
