•Truly great culinary experiences are only possible having had flavorful stevia. It is *the* best low-calorie sweetener, and even surpasses sugar for tastiness (with obvious and other benefits). Sugar has some unique properties, but it's possible getting those with low amounts, or alternatives, and actually sweetening the recipe with (many options amongst different combinations of) stevia compounds.

•Keto / hypoglycemia is actually really beneficial, all its correlatives suggesting "an adulthood puberty".

•Universal cures for cancer and tangle diseases are already available.
•A lot of knowledge goes way beyond common practices. Bulking and fasting are both memery; keto is actually really beneficial; and vitamin C is suggested of requirements much greater than even a few grams (some small animals are producing 10+ / day).

Stevia is gross, but even if it wasn't- even if it tasted exactly like sugar- it would still be bad for you.

When you eat something, taste is the first input your brain gets. Your body has all kinds of different processes and enzymes for digesting different nutrients, and the taste of the food tells your brain which metabolic processes to get ready for the incoming material.

When you taste something super sweet, your brain is like "okay, time to metabolize some simple carbs boys!"

And even if it has no calories, it causes your insulin to spike, and it changes how you metabolize whatever you eat next. Your body will burn whatever carbohydrates it has available, store some as fat, and make you hungry again as soon as the carb energy runs out.

Don't bother with diet soda, artificial sweeteners or any of that crap. Just eat normal, superior desserts/drinks with real sugar, but only consume them on special occasions. You're wrecking your metabolism otherwise.
