I eat plenty of spicy food and love hot sauce--I cook with habaneros, serrano peppers, etc all of the time. That's why one of my friends thought that he'd be an epic memer and slip a bunch of whole reapers in some chili that he made "because I like spicy food." As far as I can tell from that one experience, Caralina reapers are meme peppers that add no flavor profile to any sort of dish unless you use some sort of diluted spice mixture. People that claim capsaicin extract sauces, whole reapers, etc add something to a dish besides pain for the hell of it are lying.
