Make some graavlax. Cut the skin/fat off, take a bunch of salt and sugar, cover the salmon with it on a plate, cover with dill, pat it down and stick in in the fridge. Drain water every 12 hours and pat dry, take salt and sugar and dill off after a couple of days or when it's completely firm. Cover with fresh dill and slice thinly.

Shit's fantastic and so easy to make.

That cut is weird AF, but you got this. My favorite is on foil/slab medium thin lemon slices on top of fillet. thin slices of butter on top next, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Grill until lightly done but fully cooked, should be soft and super tender.

A miso rub is one of my new favorite methods these days too.

wait is that all melted butter its resting in, mixed in with the feta? fucking overkill. The rest, including the feta is fine, weird but fine. Onions look soggy though, overcooked or oversaturated with water like you boiled them or something. Try making a basic sauce with the onions by sauteeing them next time instead of dropping a clump of now wet spices on top of the fish.

Assuming the salmon was previously frozen, you shouldn't have to worry about worms. Also, as humans living in the 21st century, getting worms is incredibly insignificant. Just take some pills and enjoy fish in it's best form.

Grease/butter a tray, lay fish skin side down onto tray. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary and garlic and top with a few small tabs of butter. Toss into preheated 450 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Pull out and put on plate. Optional sides include asparagus (that you can bake in the same tray as the salmon) and some slices of lemon to squeeze over the top.

Salmon is easiest fish in the world to cook.

Cover it in oil or teriyaki sauce and season it. Broil it skin side up for 5 minutes then flip it and cook for 4 minutes flesh side up.
