What is a good recipe for the dough? I got some local Jets and it was pretty good, but crazy stupid greasy.

Would like to try making a small quick batch of dough in a bread maker and see how it goes. Basically its just pizza pan breadsticks with topping. Maybe a bit of extra butter in the pan for flavor/browning.
