jelly has a gelatin like texture which is weird. try peanut butter and not overly processed jam. fresh guava jam pairs very well with peanut butter.

The tart soft and sweet hard taste and texture contrast is nice but the ratio is not right.

I prefer candied haw berries, they're like more fragrant tarter apples. There's a much better volume to surface candy ratio, there minimal colouring involved, and they're cheaper.

The wife recently picked up bagels, cream cheese, and smoked salmon. Sounds great, right? It was strawberry flavoured cream cheese and onion bagels. And no, apparently picking up strawberry flavoured cream cheese instead of regular cream cheese wasn't a mistake.

I had a strong suspicion that strawberry would not go well with either salmon or onions. I was right.
