I wouldn't say disgusting, but it's weird what he's doing. I mean who deep fries a steak like that? All that oil wasted, but to his credit, he did do it outside. I can only imagine serving that as like an appetizer when people are over, everyone gets a piece or two before the main course comes out, no way in hell would it be a pleasurable experience to eat a steak like that yourself. Then again, half the people would balk at how under cooked it is, and good luck convincing them to consume it.
