Not a bad idea but there is a sushi place that’s been around the corner for over a year now, it would be in poor taste. All the restaurants in the area generally agree to stay in their lanes genre wise.

Imagine a wine store but for olive oil. Super overpriced but universally thought of as “neat”. They thought they could make their own dressings like we do and make salads as well. Simply didn’t have the creativity or the panache, blatantly copying a few of our ideas. I’m glad the bastards didn’t get very far.
