I just bought an assload of frozen salmon fillets and risotto rice, they were on sale.

What can you put in it to make it taste godly?

If I had no choice but to eat it, I'd probably make some sort of fried curry thing, extra spicy

it’s widely known that negroids have an unrefined palate and need extreme spices to bring some flavor to their food

I’m Asian. I just don’t enjoy the refined flavors of garbage tier dyed salmon from fecal farms. Might as well be eating tilapia. But by all means savor it if that’s what you enjoy

I fucking love salmon but since I'm poor I only eat it once a week. I usually buy "fresh" fillets 'cause I think they taste better, but are the frozen ones really that bad? I heard that frozen vegetables are better than normal vegetables because they get frozen early, so shouldn't it be the same here? Aren't they all frozen at some point anyway? I doubt they send the fishies by plane in a day to my supermarket.

Ignore the faggots. Make your risotto with white wine. Seafood stock would be good instead of chicken stock. Fresh dill and chopped fennel bulb would be good to use with the standard garlic and shallots. Lemon juice would be an obvious addition. Cook your salmon separate, if this wasn't patently obvious.

ive noticed the ones that come frozen and sold cheaply in bulk tend to fall apart easier when grilled, so theyre better baked or broiled, but the taste is fine.

If you're choosing between frozen and the fish at the butcher in a store then there's no difference other than usually one was defrosted and sat out in a display.
