Tony chose the restaurant. It's fantastic, I've been there (not knowing about the Obama ordeal, it's a local favorite, too).

Tony has travelled Vietnam a couple of times and all of his "restaurant" recommendations are good as fuck. The Banh Mi joint was so incredibly good, damn. I think in the OP pic they're having bun cha, at least that's what they're famous for.
