What are some based and redpilled instant pot recipes?

I’m gonna be living in my own so I just bought one and want to be able to cook my own healthy and nutritious meals. I’m pretty poor and also very lazy and I’ve been drinking Huel for a while but I realized industrial seed oil is very bad for you so I need to change up my diet.

Just made some lamb curry and it was fucking delicious.

pressure cookers really shine when cooking tougher cuts of meat that usually take prohibitively long times to cook. brings something like a ox tail stew down to ~45 minutes from 4+ hours.

Instant pot will make stock in like an hour and a half. Just throw some meat, bones, and aromatics in half a pot of water and go for an hour and a half at low pressure. Fastest fuckin soup in your life

yeah, for some junk piece of shit from goodwill that's missing the weight and needs the seals replaced. they're $30 new from Walmart, retard, and an IP is only 2x the price of that.

the money you save from cooking yourself pales compared to the cost of equipment.
and electronic pressure cookers double as slow cookers which is the mainstay of poorfag cooking

Instapot is great. My family and I stopped eating meat, dairy, eggs, and processed foods about 6 months ago and the pressure cooker is a game changer. It drastically decreases the time to cook stuff. I know the OP asked for recipes but that isn't really the point of it. Just make some rice in it. Or lentils, barley, black beans, chick peas, whatever. Rice takes 20-30 minutes boiling it, in the instant pot it is done in like 5 minutes.

Sounds like you guys need to kick back with a cold, refreshing Huel and take the edge off, myfriends.
This is DEFINITELY not a shill post because OP is poor and lazy and loves instant pots, just like us!

You mean the housefire with the plug-in electrical meme-appliance on old low-rent apartment wiring?
Pressure cookers use steam.
Steam does not cause fires.
