Does lobster taste like crab? Lobster is not part of my country’s cuisine plus it’s very expensive. Does it taste like shrimp? What to expect?

Crab is milder than shrimp, and lobster is milder than crab. It's also slightly sweeter and richer than crab or shrimp.

It is sweeter but yes, similar. I got hosted on the east coast (am not American) and one night had two full lobsters. Great

Lobster claws have a very mild, sweet taste. Lobster tails have a much tougher consistency than the claws and aren't really sweet at all. The tails do nothing for me.

imo crab > lobster, but lobster is a lot easier to eat than crab. It’s kind of like crab but it’s just easier to eat, and the taste is slightly different. It’s less sweet than crab, but is more savory.

This guy is a fucking retard though, mild isn’t a good way to describe it

It's basically a shitty version of shrimp. Rubbery, dry, and 10x the price. I am not sure if anyone genuinely enjoys lobster. Actually I take it back. Cantonese people do a really good job at it. Wh*teoids (including bl*cks) just dip it in fucking butter which is basically how they deal with anything that's inherently shitty. Muh butter. Whoa, so decadent.
