This is what happens when the average rent is $1000 a month. There should be state subsidized housing. Single occupancy. No couples. No friends over. The bare minimum to prevent people from hitting rock bottom.

1000 a month really isn't bad for 2-3 bedroom house man, idk where you live but Florida is hella nice. And Where I live is pretty fucking cheap though compared to like Destin or Navarre.

that's like 1/3 of one check a month, it's really not that bad. People don't realize in Florida the pay is pretty high and the rent is really cheap compared to similar places like California or big cities like New York or St.Louis or whatever.

so even people living pretty average can have a good quality of life.

>>12367947
Lmao nigga I've NEVER seen studio apartments in Florida, MAYBE if you live in like Orlando or St.Pete or Miami. I pay 950 a month and I have a 3 bedroom house 3 miles from the ocean. It's not expensive to live here

$8.46/hour (minimum in Florida) * 40 * 4 = $1353.6 before taxes, so probably closer to $1200/month or so

>1/3rd of one check a month
assuming most people are paid biweekly, that'd be $3000 every two weeks, $6000 a month, $72k a year.

Generally there’s either laundry in your unit (or at least hookups to where you can easily install your own), a shared laundry room for you and other tenants, or just no laundry at all and you have to go to a laundromat. I personally know nobody who lives in the last arrangement described but laundromats still exist so I guess it happens. I also have lived mainly in affordable cities so idk maybe San Fran and the like have more no-laundry type places.

I understand where you're coming from but I also honestly believe housing is the thing to splurge a little on if you ever splurge on anything. Higher rent won't just get you a nicer apartment, it will also get you nicer neighbors and a better quality of life. Likewise, cheaper rent will invariably attract the bottom of the societal barrel because they can't afford anything else, so you'll have an extended family of niggers on your left and a crackhead single mother on your right.

I don't have that. If I work, most of my income will go to that. It's still a major rip off, especially if I'm not getting an equity.

How dare you.
As a landlord, market forces shape our prices. We ask only for a modest $2000 a month at most of the properties I manage. I suggest for low income individuals like you to look for a more affordable place of say $1500 a month and split it between several persons if allowed (we don't). So if you live with 4 other families, that's only $500 a month! Not bad! You could spare 50% of your income on that. Stop complaining.
The data indicates you are wrong.

Fix your own toilet. The cost of repairs goes into rent. Should be able to rent without these costs added. I would gladly rent at $150 a month if it meant fixing everything myself. $1500 a year for doing nothing is good money.

oh no, not "flyover" land! A place where 2500 a month would get you a literal mansion and you wouldnt live around niggers or spics and you actually own your own house instead of handing over most of your income to one jew.
