Here's a recipe for butter:
1/3 cup of plain kefir or yogurt
4 cups of heavy cream or heavy whipping cream

Drink some buttermilk (very important step DO NOT SKIP). Then, put the mass of butter in a big bowl of ice water. Keep kneading it and changing the ice water until the water runs clear. This step is important so your butter doesn't spoil. Portion it, wrap it in parchment paper, and form it into blocks. Voila, authentic butter. You can add salt, but it's much easier to just add it when you eat it.

After you've made the most delicious butter ever, you put some on a bun with a ground beef patty and a slice of melty cheese. Bam. Butter burger.

And it will also make sure you use all your ketones. It actually changes the mitochondria in your cells, and last forever. Being permanently fat adapted is the main goal of ketosis.

Most of the big name doctors in keto recommend doing intermittent fasting and dietary keto because they work really well together. Personally I do a 23 hour fast every day, with a 1 hour eating window.
