Japanese fast food has never gotten my order wrong. I tell Japanese people that in America you always have to check your order because the workers never give you what you ask for. They don't believe how incompetent workers are in the US.

As someone who worked at an Arby's in my mid/late teens I can tell you that 90% of "you got my order wrong" situations were actually the customer not paying attention and/or not understanding what it was they were actually ordering. You wouldn't fucking believe how often people would mix up the beef and cheddar with something like the hot ham and cheese. Most likely because they just glanced at the menu for half a second and saw cheese on the sandwich. Or the customer spoke a dozen words of English but then somehow the failure of communication was on us.

MOS burgers are awesome, but I modify the sauce so it's not so goddamned runny.
