Here’s mine, TBQH I prefer this to places like Peter Lugers. Don’t get me wrong aged ribeye is good, just not mouth orgasm good. No idea why they give you a dipping sauce though, I never use it.

Do some fucking research before you destroy your next steak. Unless the animal was diseased (meaning it shouldn't have even been sold) you're safe.
You can eat raw beef with literally no fear. (Unless you have the immune system of a baby bird)

That steak has a poor sear and poor transition from out to in, the main problem with sous vide if indeed you used it.
Sear it more, or hotter, and let the fat inside render.
Level of done is literally meaningless when it comes to tenderness and juiciness unless it's wayy to rare or wayy too done.

That steak is wayyy to rare.
