I actually worked there during college and it's horrible food and the kitchen ethics are awful. I've seen them do some terrible things. I saw one of the cooks accidentally drop a steak...that shit fell to the floor. But we were in a Friday night rush and the manager just told him to wash it off, throw it back on the grill, and send it out. We had a table come in and 3 people ordered medium steaks. MEDIUM. I prefer a medium rare myself, but the cooks just threw three raw sirloins into a microwave for a predetermined amount of time, then finished it on the grill. Fuck Applebee's and fuck you, OP. You have shit taste and, I'm gonna go on record as saying that I'm okay with it, I support your ability to make your own choices, and I hope you enjoy yourself.
