Tells me fuck all. There's a lot of really famous dishes, but when it comes to sides they just give you whatever with them. It doesn't bother me because I'm very open minded and will eat just about anything, but fucking hell if I was looking for something specific I would not go to a Chinese place.

Chinese food doesn't need descriptions because the dishes they offer are always well know Chinese cuisine staples. It doesn't take a PhD to know that Beef and Broccoli is gonna be beef and broccoli, or that Shrimp Fried Rice is fried rice with shrimp. Stop pretending to be dumb for (You)'s.
